Restaurant Branding & Menu Engineering for Food & Beverage Groups

The Challenge & Core Business Problem:

In the competitive food & beverage sector, physical touchpoints—from menu design to promotional print collateral—play a critical role in shaping customer experience, brand perception, and profitability. For multi-vendor and multi-concept venues, a cohesive visual system can simplify customer choice, strengthen brand identity, and enhance dining appeal.

As a Marketing Designer and Brand Identity Designer, I was engaged as a subcontractor for Pixelsfx Studio to support a multi-cuisine restaurant project. Working as an extension of the studio's creative team, I contributed to the development and execution of high-impact brand collateral designed to influence customer behavior. My responsibilities included brand strategy, menu engineering, and visual design using InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. This project demonstrates how strategic menu design and print assets can influence purchase intent, support conversion, and strengthen the overall customer engagement strategy—while delivering creative solutions within a broader studio-led engagement.
